Just like a rocket needs every engine, bolt, and team member in order to break through the atmosphere and reach new heights, launching a church requires the passion, skills, and dedication of people like you. No rocket launches alone—it takes engineers, navigators, fuel technicians, and mission control working together. In the same way, Believers Life Church needs a launch team—prayer warriors, greeters, musicians, tech crews, outreach leaders, and servant-hearted volunteers—to help us break barriers and reach our community with the Gospel.

Launch Team

1. Prayer & Spiritual Preparation Team

• Purpose: Cover the launch in prayer and intercession.
• Roles: Weekly prayer meetings & daily intercession.
• Perfect for: Intercessors, those passionate about spiritual warfare.

2. First Impressions Team

• Purpose: Create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Roles: Greeters, parking attendants, ushers, guest services, hospitality (refreshments).
• Perfect for: People with warm, outgoing personalities.

3. Kids & Family Ministry Team

• Purpose: Provide a safe, fun space for children to encounter God.
• Roles: Teachers, assistants, youth workers.
• Perfect for: Parents, educators, or anyone who loves kids.

4. Outreach & Public Engagement Team

• Purpose: Spread the word and invite the community.
• Roles: Social media ambassadors, neighborhood canvassing, event planning.
• Perfect for: Natural evangelists or social butterflies.

5. Operations & Logistics Team

• Purpose: Ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
• Roles: Setup/teardown crew, signage, supplies, safety coordinators.
